  <description>i find myself debating whether to eat a meal or not.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i&apos;ve cut down to one meal a day.  usually no snacks.  isn&apos;t that amazing?  not really.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ugh.  maybe i&apos;ll snack.  work out.  then eat again around 6.  there we go...</description>

  <title>breakthrough!!</title>

  <description>my new pjs just came in the mail.  i bought a medium.  the bottoms are HUGE on me.  i should have gotten the small.  so this made me wonder if i have indeed lost as much weight as ppl seem to think i have.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i weighed myself.  no drop.  still 127.  though i did eat twice since midnight (stupid messed up sleep schedule).  but that shouldn&apos;t make that much of a difference.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so back to what i was saying...  i decided to take my measurements again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i&apos;ve lost 2 inches in my waist&lt;br /&gt;at least one off each thigh (swollen right now because of dancing)&lt;br /&gt;chest under boobs smaller too!&lt;br /&gt;arms a lil smaller,  though i&apos;ve always had small arms.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i&apos;m so excited!!!!!!  i can attribute the lack of actual weight loss to the fact that i&apos;ve taken up a job as a dancer,  so i use my legs.  a lot.  so a lil more muscle,  but the fat is almost completely gone!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i&apos;m too excited to sleep!</description>
